As a grazing fish they do require a mature aquarium, preferably with plenty of bio-film established, given a few days to settle in and find a home they;ll soon be working tirelessly round the clock!
In the wild they are found in fast moving rivers and streams in Myanmar, as a result they require river style setups with a strong filter flow and high oxygen levels. Driftwood and river washed stones must be included.
