This catfish is from a larger genus that populate the streams and rivers of Colombia, a large and peaceful species that requires a minimum of 250 Litres, similar sized non-aggressive tank mates and a varied diet consisting of fresh and frozen food such as mussels, blood worms etc. Current stock size is around 12-13CM’s however can grow up to 28CM’s.
