Bacopa caroliniana - Bunched

Sale Price:£2.49 Original Price:£2.69

Bacopa caroliniana originates from the USA and has been used as an aquarium plant for many years. Stems grow from 10-30 cm long and 3-4 cm wide, branching willingly from the bottom. It is an undemanding plant which makes it very convenient for beginners, its slow growth rate makes it one of the few stem plants that do not need much attention.
Like most stem plants, it is most decorative when planted in small groups. Easy to propagate by cuttings; take a side shoot and plant it in the bottom.

This is a bunched plant - we will send you 3 stems bunched with aquarium weight, we advise you to split the stems and plant them individually a few CM’s away from each other, leaving them bunched may encourage stem rot, root entanglement and nutrient starvation. During transport it is normal for some leaves to fall from the plant, after adjusting to its new home these leaves should regrow quickly and colour up, any immediate concerns please take a photograph upon arrival and use the ‘Contact us’ page to email us. We always provide updated images of current stock in each listing so please ensure you view these before purchase. We advise with all live plants to use a next day delivery option to ensure they are not out of water and in heat/cold for an extended period.
